Canada will audit the meat chain

The National Animal Quality and Health Service (Senacsa) reported yesterday that the Canadian technical audit of the country’s meat chain with a view to exporting to that destination has been confirmed. The process would begin on November 29 and would run until December 21 in a hybrid format. Through a statement, he announced that they received the official communication from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) of the Canadian government on the confirmation of an audit to our country to inspect Paraguayan meat.
