With climate, health and inflationary challenges, world meat production will grow more than 1% this year: FAO

The FAO explained that this year 360 million tons of meat will be produced; in pork, the growth will be 1.8%; the contribution of South America in beef and chicken will be a determining factor. By the end of 2022, the world production of meat products is expected to amount to 360 million tons, this would mean a growth of 1.2% compared to what was registered at the end of last year.
