The Government offered changes to be able to apply a new commercial system

As of January 15, Argentina should stop delivering meat to butcher shops for half cattle of more than 80 kilos that operators carry on their shoulders. In its place, instead, it would have to be distributed with pieces of no more than 32 kilos. However, after in a technical meeting officials from the agricultural departments of the provinces raised before national officials the inconveniences for the entry into force of the measure, last Thursday the Government presented them with a proposal.
