Mexico’s cattle inventory has fallen by up to 30% due to drought

In Mexico, a drop of up to a third of the livestock inventory has been reported due to the intense drought that they have been experiencing for more than 2 years. This will cause an increase in the cost of beef and, consequently, a reduction in its consumption, as warned by the breeders’ associations.
