Mexico defends the quality, health and safety of exports from its meat industry

The Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development, Víctor Villalobos Arámbula , took advantage of the inauguration of Expo Carnes y Lácteos last week to extol how the Mexican meat industry “has demonstrated its strength in responding to the complicated international scenario.”

The high level of production and competitiveness of the Mexican meat industry generated exports for 3,184 million dollars in 2022 and 240.5 million dollars for dairy products, in addition to guaranteeing the internal supply of quality, healthy and innocuous animal protein, he highlighted. the Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development, Víctor Villalobos Arámbula.
