Meat imports from Brazil and Argentina are not a commercial risk: Mexican Association of Meat Exporters

MONTERREY.- Juan Ley Zevada, president of the Mexican Association of Exporters ofCarne, assures that meat imports from Argentina and Brazil do not represent a commercial risk, since they complement and help in the supply of food in Mexico.

“Most of the pieces of beef, their best market is the national one, so when we do not have enough production, it is necessary to complement with imports,” says the Sinaloan businessman.
