The Chinese market went from being the destination of 63% of the beef exported by Uruguay in the first quarter to 45% this November. It is its lowest participation since June and July 2020 when it fell to 41% as a result of the pandemic. In October the proportion of the amount in dollars exported to China was 55% and in the accumulated January/November it is 57%. The share of the US and Canada jumped from 19% in October to 26% in November. The European Union grew from 9% to 13%.
