Despite a 15-point lag against inflation, meat consumption does not recover

Beef prices continue to run behind inflation and as the months go by their delay becomes more acute. According to a report from the Rosgan Livestock Market , the year-on-year rise in meat values ​​increased 67.8%, while the Consumer Price Index (CPI), measured by INDEC , showed a general increase in the last 12 months of 82 .9%, which marks a delay of 15.1 percentage points.
